Leadership Fayette Class of 2023 Alumni and Fayette County Fire Chief Rich Hartfield has received the honor to serve on the Tennessee Fire Chiefs Association 2023-2024 Board of Directors. Chief Hartfield retired from the Memphis Fire Department with 26 years of service. He has served as Fayette County’s fire chief for the past six years.
